Hello! I’m Emily MacIntyre, the proud owner and lead floral designer at Coastal Petals Farm. My journey into floral design is both personal and artistic, rooted in a deep love for nature.

My passion for flowers was first sparked by the work of Georgia O’Keeffe. I found joy in painting flowers to capture their intricate beauty, which eventually led to my love of growing them. About twenty years ago, I began to explore floral design more seriously. I attended floral school in Boston, took online courses, participated in conferences and worked for other florists on Cape Cod to hone my craft.

In 2024, I took a leap of faith and launched Coastal Petals Farm, driven by the belief that when you follow your passion, it should never feel like work. Born from a love of flowers and a desire to give back to the Cape Cod community, Coastal Petals Farm is focused on growing blooms sustainably, supporting both the environment and the local economy.
